ThermoFlex Plus Sport Sheets, Yards, & Rolls

ThermoFlex Sport is a durable, thick film designed to bridge the gaps in open-mesh athletic jerseys.

It is designed for pressing at relatively low (300 degree F - 320 degree F) temperature and short dwell time (8-10 seconds), which minimizes dye migration from colored polyester jersey mesh.

Tech Tip: ThermoFlex Sport will need more downforce on the blade while cutting. Please do a test cut for best results.

They will NOT adhere to nylon. DO NOT layer. Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blended fabrics. This is a PVC product, which emits hazardous fumes when cut with a laser machine!
