This warranty applies to all Laser Sublimation cartridges sold by Alpha Supply Co, Inc. (ASC) Nashville, TN 37211 ASC warrants to the original purchaser, all sublimation cartridges against defects in workmanship and material absolutely free for a period not longer than 30 days from the date of sale. In the event of a defect, ASC may replace or repair or substitute the merchandise at its sole discretion and provide free shipping within the contiguous US states. All shipping outside of these borders are the responsibility of the customer both to and from ASC. After the 30 day grace period an additional 30 days are offered at a pro-rated amount of the then current list price of the cartridge at the time of sale. This amount will be calculated based on the remaining toner left in the cartridge and estimated usage thereof. This warranty does not cover damage caused in shipping, misuse or abuse of the product. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty of ASC and no person, agent, distributor, or dealer of ASC is authorized to change, amend or modify the terms set forth herein, in whole or in part.
