MY ARTWORK IS PRINT-READY: I am submitting an image that requires no edits or adjustments from Alpha Supply Company, unless the Print Ready Verification is selected above.

FILE SPECIFICATIONS: I have provided a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background. A high-resolution image is 300 DPI or greater and is required for optimal results.  Non-transparent background images may be rejected and a store credit issued. 

RESPONSIBILITY FOR CORRECT FILES: I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure the uploaded file(s) is correct and of the appropriate size, unless the Print Ready Verification is selected above. In the event the file is incorrect or the wrong size, my artwork may only be printed within the purchased parameters.

PRINT RIGHTS: I attest that I possess the necessary print rights for the artwork that I am submitting.

IMAGE QUALITY: I acknowledge that Alpha Supply Company does not assess the quality of my images prior to printing, unless the Print Ready Verification is selected above. I acknowledge that if the images are of low quality, the same will be produced in the printed output. I understand that images with a shadow, fade, or glow effect will print with a white background behind said effect. I agree that Alpha Supply Company will proceed with printing knowing that low quality does not refer to low DPI.  

INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Alpha Supply Company and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, assignees, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, NEITHER ALPHA SUPPLY COMPANY NOR ASSIGNS MAKES ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES TO THE OTHER PARTY CONCERNING THE SPECIFIC QUALITY OF ANY SERVICE, PRODUCT, OR PERFORMANCE PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. THE PARTIES DISCLAIM, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARISING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR FROM USAGES OF TRADE. DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF EACH PRODUCT, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE BE SURE OF YOUR PURCHASE AT THE TIME OF ORDERING.
